Our team reviews age, current licensing conditions, assessed needs, required supports, and availability with the referring partner. Eligibility is determined individually.

After initial contact, the team will confirm the documents and secure transfer arrangements needed for review, then coordinate next steps with the authorized placing agency.
What should I prepare for the referral review?
Be ready to discuss placing-agency contact information, assessment and treatment needs, current supports, education needs, and placement goals. Our team will confirm the exact records required and how to share them securely. Do not attach or enter youth records in this initial inquiry form.
Does an inquiry reserve a placement?
No. Placement depends on clinical review, current license conditions, required authorizations, and availability. The team will discuss the next steps directly with the referring partner.
