LIFE AT OAK TREE HOMES

Room to be heard.
Support to grow.

Knowing what to expect can make a new place feel less unfamiliar. Our residential program is built around structure, relationships, and opportunities to practice new skills.

THE RHYTHM OF A DAY

Everyday moments matter.

Daily plans vary with school, appointments, treatment goals, and individual needs. These are the building blocks of the program, rather than a fixed schedule for every youth.

01

Getting ready

Meals, personal care, and predictable routines help youth prepare for the day with support from residential staff.

02

Learning and treatment

School participation, educational support, and scheduled clinical appointments are coordinated around each young person’s plan.

03

Connecting and practicing

Recreation, social activities, and life-skills practice create opportunities to build confidence, communicate, and work through challenges.

04

Time to settle

Evening routines make space for meals, personal time, connection, and preparation for rest.

YOUR VOICE BELONGS HERE

You are more
than a referral.

Your interests, identity, culture, and goals matter. You should understand your care plan and have opportunities to ask questions and share what is working—or what needs to change.

At intake, ask your team about personal belongings, privacy, family contact, youth rights, and how to raise a concern.

STAYING CONNECTED

Important relationships
remain part of the story.

Family contact, visits, and caregiver participation are planned with the youth’s team in accordance with the care plan and applicable permissions. Our approach recognizes those relationships as part of treatment and transition.
